Hello.
My Sky Q box is stuck in a loop. Have tried unplugging, forcing an update, following all suggestions I've found online and still the same. It will get so far into loading and then just goes back to a flashing Q and amber led and every so often the fan will kick in and the led will change to red and start the process over again.
I had a very similar issue in March 2021 and had a new box sent out. I'm nearly certain I was able to order the replacement online then but can't seem to find any links for that now. I've tried ringing the number for technical issues in Ireland but just getting the out of office message and told to come here.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
