Every time I watch Amazon Prime or Disney+ through SkyQ it shuts down half way through and says the usual 'screen will go blank' etc
ive done all the system reboots and it makes no difference.
I just want to speak to a real person but it seems impossible!!

Why has it been closed when no one has contacted acted me??? I've been waiting for an email with a chat bubble but nothing so far. Isn't there just a number I can call to speak to a human being ??
