Lost all Apps suddenly a few weeks ago. Despite following all Forum suggestions including refreshing Apps, no luck. Chatted to Sky Customer Services, called them and Technical support - all at a loss. One person said I asked for them to be switched off (!!!???) and has asked "back office" to turn them back on again. Nothing yet. Very frustrating. Any help out there?
