Sky Q saying software update required on multi room

We have sky q. Main to working fine multi room saying software update required. This room is my disabled dads tv

Hi @sarahlittlemore   That doesn't sound like the Sky Q box, are you sure that the TV is not prompting for a software update. In which case use the TV remote to respond.
