Sky Q replacement

Hi

My Sky Q is failing frequently , recordings show as no longer available or the system freezes necessitating unplugging and restarting. 
I've also had to reset the hard drive to get it working on several occasions obviously loosing all recordings. 
I need to get a replacement but seems impossible to find who can arrange this, bearing in mind it's their equipment not mine surely they should fix/replace?

Try following this link. It should lead to a replacement box if needed https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-hard-drive-errors 

 

If you do need a new box remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box before it disappears into the back of the couriers van and accept any new power cable DPD deliver with the replacement box in case it's different to the one you have.
