Sky Q replacement

A replacement sky Q box was requested on 13 Aug 25 we were told it would take 3 to 5 days to deliver. PDP tried to deliver next day 14 Aug 25 , as we were not expecting it no one was here to receive. PDP delivery tracker states delivery was refused and the package has been returned to Sky. Can you please rearrange delivery as we are still experiencing data issues with existing Q box, it's also still overheating and shutting down randomly
