My Sky Q box wasn't playing any of my recording. I kept getting a black screen & the picture was freezing & stopping. I phoned Sky & spoke to one of your staff who was excellent. She rebuilt my Sky Q box. After a couple of hours I'm now able to record & view all of my recording without any issues. Therefore I no longer require a replacement Sky q box so please can you cancel my order.

Glad to hear you are all sorted, sadly we are just other customers here so you will need to call Sky to cancel the replacement box, assuming you cannot do so online in "MySky".
