Sky Q remotes not working

Any ideas got SkyQ in two rooms 

in one room remote not working - tried 7&9 and 1&3 on one tv and 1&3 not working . I have re booted the router and box several times and changed the batteries .

in the other room sound not working completed 7&9 and 1&3 message comes up but then says unsussessful 

 So have one tv where I can't change the channel and one where I can't change the volume
