Sky Q downloads not working

Hi.

I keep getting the message "Because of a technical issue, your download couldn't be completed. Please try again later."

If I switch the box off at the socket and back on, it works again for a few hours, then goes back to the above message every time we try to download.

I have wired all boxes with ethernet cables back to the Sky router via an ethernet switch.

I've set all boxes to wired connection by switching off wi-fi on each box.

I called sky and we upgraded software on the main Q box and both mini boxes.

Still having the issue.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi @Pcrossley1981 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?

Yes tried rebooting everything.

It works for a few hours  then same again.
