Sky Q remote
I had a sky glass account and changed back to sky Q whilst keeping glass tv. Now my remote will not back up one step but goes back to the home page?. If I'm on Netflix for example and want to go back to look for something it takes me back out of Netflix and to the home page again. It's really annoying, any ideas as to why guys?.

Presuming you're using the Q remote on the Q box then the back/exit button is to the left of the home button. Do you have a separate subscription on the Glass TV, as I thought you couldn't have both Glass and Q in the one household?

You can't, I think the OP means they cancelled Glass and reverted to a Sky Q subscription but retained the actual Glass TV to use with the Sky Q box.
