I just got a new LG tv and I can't get the sky remote set up to turn it on/off and control volume. I've had problems in the past with remotes not connecting to my last tv and soundbar (both Samsung) so wondering if it's a sky/remote problem or is my new tv really not compatible with sky? Or is it the combination of soundbar/tv (now Samsung/LG) that doesn't work? Does anyone know how to find out whether it's compatible or not? I've tried all the normal suggestions to pair it - 1&3/7&9, unplugging and plugging back in and still I can't get it connected!
