Sky Q remote will not pair with new tv

Sky Q remote will not pair with Hisense A6Q 55" LED 4K HDR Smart TV -55A6QTUK.  0206 code does not work.

Hi @Tom319 

If you have a Bluetooth redone with Boice control and a microphone button, then they do not use codes.

They use Brand and Model.

With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

If you brand isn't shown try Other brands.

Exactly what happened when you tried to pair the remote to your TV @Tom319

Pointed the remote at the Q box then pressed and held 7 & 9 together on the remote until the led flashed four times.  Pointed the remote at the Q box and pressed 1 & 3 until the remote led flashed then entered the code 0206.  There where no onscreen instructions to re- pair.

SKY Q remotes don't use the codes so trying to key that in won't work.

After you reset the remote with 7 & 9 are you able to then navigate the SKy Q menus ?

(As mentioned the remote must have line of sight until re-paired)

Try Navigating to 

Home - Settings - Setup - Remote Control - SKY Q remote - Control your TV 

Then follow the instructions to select Hisense & then I suggest choosing the find it for me option rather than trying to find the specific model

I tried what you suggested.  I can use the remote to access the menus but unfortunately the volume control still does not work.  I also got a message to say the to say the to does support the remote yet.  🤷‍♂️
