Sky Q remote control. Beeping intermittently

My Sky Q remote control is beeping intermittently. It's not the smoke alarm or other alarm. I've unplugged the Sky box, replaced remote batteries, checked the buttons on the Sky box and remote control.

@Jaclo1 is anyone press the button on the Q box that has the red record light in it as that activates the remotes find it beep where the remote beeps so you can find it or is that button stuck in

Hi @Jaclo1 

In the Sky Q box Settings - Accessibility there is an option to Beep on audio description (AD).

You don't have this set to On do you ?

If you do,  the remote will beep whenever you highlight an AD channel in the TV Guide.
