Sky Q protection

When I first got Sky Q I was told that the equipment is owned by Sky and will remain their property, why would I need Sky Protect? as it is owned by Sky

You would be liable to accidental damage for example.  However, your house insurance may cover it.

The cover also used to provide faster response times for problems - but I'm not sure if this is still the case.

Re: Sky Q protection

That seems to answer the question, I would never use domestic and General anyway

@RuralPirate

You can also add other items on the cover such as your mobile phone or an iPad for example.
