I am having real trouble with my sky Q I have a communal Ariel but I am the only one with sky Q and I am unable to watch anything either the picture is in watchable or the screen is completely black I've looked in settings and everything is connected to WiFi etc I feel it may be the mob on my part of the dish as non of the engineers seem to look at that just change cables get it working then within hours it's not working again has anyone got any other suggestions
