Sky Q , playing after a pause, the program has 2 second breaks.

I'm watching a live channel and press pause, return a few mins later and start to play again, the signal plays for 30 seconds then there is blank screen for 2 seconds then play resumes. This cycle continues until I cancel the replay change to another chanel and retun to the chanel live play. 

I have cleared  out the watched recordings, gone into  the hidden maintainance menu and done a reset. Powered it off over night but still the problems remains.

I've noticed this recently but only ever on channels that use the Sky AdSmart system (see the logos about halfway down this page https://www.adsmartfromsky.co.uk/content-and-channels/ )

There doesn't seem to be many complaints about it although there was another recent topic with someone noticing it on Discovery/Quest (which again use AdSmart).
