My sky Glass was picked up yesterday after a year I was told it wasn't compatible with my broadband so I asked to be transferred back to sky Q I have the dish and cables just need the boxes and now there is an issue with ordering sky Q and I have been waiting nearly a week for it to be resolved so just had open heart surgery and been at home recovering with no TV shocking from sky customer of 9years
