Sky Q on full fibre. TV saying no satellite signal.

We supposedly have a full fibre broadband package. We've had problems with our TV over the past 3 weeks with lots of channels saying 'No satellite signal'. Is our sky dish still needed if we are on full fibre? (My understanding was that it was now obsolete). There are no obstructions to the dish and the weather is fine.
(We upgraded our Sky package recently and have noticed the problems since then but don't know if the upgrade is relevant or just coincidental).

@SGB70 Your broadband is irrelevan for live TV. Satellite TV gets its signal from the satellite dish.

Satellite Dish is required for Sky Q @SGB70

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.

Sky Q is a satellite television platform.  The online-only Sky television products are Glass and Stream.
