Sky Q on deamnd - technical issue
Hi,
For a while now, choosing on demand on my Sky Q box, I get "Sorry, because of a technical issue, you're currently experiencing a limited service?
Other services are working, but mostly the thumbnails are not loading or are delayed.
I do have a broadband connection, and everything seems to be fine. I don't have Internet from Sky.
I tried restarting the box (disconnected the power cord) and performing a soft reset.
Any hint how to fix the problem is appreciated.

First reset your broadband router.
Hold the Reset on the back of the router until the power light flashes green (about 10 seconds). Don't unplug or switch off your router while it resets. The power light will go green when it's done.
If your router does not have a reset button, reboot it by disconnecting the power lead for 30 secs and then reconnecting.
Wait until the router is completely back and running and if you still have the same issue then try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router. Even if reset is not listed there is still an option to connect by WiFi to Sky or 3rd party router.
On 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

Thanks - I did that with no luck. I use a network cable not Wifi.

You can just disable 2.4GHz wifi then minis can still connect on 5 if needed.
maybe try changing the Q's DNS server to 1.1.1.1
