Sky Q not working

Sky Q box is showing green light as if turned on but no picture showing on TV. Box is also noisy and warm to touch. Router has all 3 lights on

@Ques123 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
