No returns packing supplied

No returns packing supplied - waited 3 weeks. Printed off my own label via Royal Mail. Package has now been delivered back to the Sky hub. How long should I wait for my credit refund?

Returns processing usually takes around 3-4 weeks.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@WJM is the credit refund you are waiting for is because you were charged for not returning a piece of equipment ?
