Sky Q not working

Hi

After an unexpected power outage my Sky Q box is no longer functioning properly.  

It switches on but when I select home it goes into standby until I press a button on the box then it's stuck on the last channel it was on with the message you aren't connected to the internet.

The remote doesn't work at all

I've used Sky Go and it says the Sky Q box isn't found 

 

I've rebooted, unplugged etc TV, Router and Sky box numerous times.

Can anyone help?
