SkyQ not working I have reset everything still not working

Hi its main Q box intermittent signal either  no pic or if I try and reboot there is no sound Q box won't turn off. I have now been in touch with sky and they are sending new Q box out. Thank you for replying

Don't forget to remove the viewing card from the faulty box before it is swapped by DPD.
