I am having connection issues on my skyQ. Trying to reach customer service and i was not able to. Please can you contact me back on asap.

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is primarily a customer to customer forum. Sky won't contact you on the basis of a forum post, in fact they won't know who you are as your Community tag name isn't linked to your Sky account. Can you explain more regarding the issue and what you've tried already and hopefully someone can help you.

Hi @Philip007 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?
