Sky Q not working
My Sky Q boxes keeps dropping the internet WiFi signal and my mini box upstairs won't connect to the Sky Q network. I've had an engineer out recently who was meant to fix this problem but it is still not working.

Hi @Lisa141 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.

I have the exact same issue. I have done everything to try and rectify the situation. I have swapped thev mini. Boxes around, changed the provider and increased the wifi in my home to gigabit speeds. I believe this is a software issue that sits with sky and needs a software update
