If this happened to me, first thing I'd do is pull out the power, then reconenct and see if it booted this time.
If that didn't work, I would then do a reset (hold the standby button as you power on until it flashes red/yellow, then let it do its thing).
If that didn't work, I'd call Sky to report a fault.
