Sky Q not recording programmes.

Sky Q not recording overnight. Unplugged the box everything now fine. Can I upgrade my Sky Q box like I did once a week with my 16 year old Sky + H.D. box? Thanks.

I meant last night. My Sky Q did not record from 7.00 p.m until I unplugged the box at 6.45 a.m. this morning. Both of my boxe*s are on None.

Hi @theredhouse55555   I would remove your name from your signature, this is a public community so scammers will know that you subscribe to Sky. Do you mean that your standby settings are set to None? Did you check that the recordings were scheduled on the Scheduled display?
