Sky Q not connecting to internet. Internet is fine

The Sky Q box keeps losing wifi connection to our internet. Our internet is working fine and everything else is online other than our sky box. It keeps happening frequently. 

I've followed the reset steps multiple times and it doesn't work. It randomly re connects over time... we are with BT and it's the sky q box not the internet that has issues. It seems many are having this issue with no remediation?
