Sky Q not connecting to broadband

My Sky Q box won't connect to my broadband. We've had no issues with the services since getting them 3 years ago. Our phones and other devices are connected to broadband with no issues. We've tried resetting both the broadband box and Sky Q box as well as following the steps to connect the broadband and Sky Q box that the virtual assistant has shown but had no luck.

Hi @Sophie206 

Who is your broadband supplier.

If you have 3rd party broadband  (or Sky Fibre broadband with the white max router) then you need to use SSID and password for the router 2.4Ghz band when carrying out a network reset on the Q box.
