Over the last week my sky q box loses broadband connection. Been resetting it everyday but now struggles to connect to broadband. Everything works over WiFi just trouble with sky q box. Tested all cables, reset everything numerous times but it's getting useless. Please advise

Hi @Ourginge-
Who is your Broadband supplier and exactly what are you doing to connect your main Q box?

I've been having similar issues with connections being dropped to the 3 mini boxes. I've tried ethernet cables connecting each box to the network, I've also tried wifi with no real difference between the 2.
I'm starting to think that Sky may be doing it intentionally to get people to switch to Sky Stream. I tried Stream for a month at the end of 2023, and got fed up with remotes that kept losing connection plus the Mrs hated not having recordings and having to watch adverts.
I've decided to switch to Sky Broadband to see if that brings any success as I couldn't separate the wifi bands on my plusnet router.
Really frustrating keep having to reboot boxes to try and connect to main Q box &/or network. Everything else network wise works fine on wifi or ethernet.
