I have sky q and now have "no network connection". After trying all the Sky help to recify, still not working and a phone number was given to get further help which is a virtual person. They tested my equipment and said there is an issue with my in house devices and sent me an email with a link which would give me another phone number for the correct person to deal with it. the link was to Sky/connections and there was only more steps to try to resove it, no phone number. How do i get this resolved ?

I cannot get to speak to anyone to resolve this issue. It feels like groundhog day. How do i get this resolved ?

fed up with our sky q is drops out , the mini boxes constantly say cant connect. i dont like the way skyq operates. ans you cant get to speak to a human being

Hi
I have a no network connection and I have been trying to resolve for almost 2 weeks and I have been trying to speak to someone to clarify as it is saying I may need a sky Q booster. How on earth do I get this resolved? I pay a lot every month and the customer service is non existent with call queues up to 35 minutes and all that happens with the IVR you get cutoff.

Same issue for me tried to sort it out followed the instructions it's a total nightmare. Call a number and basically talk to a robot who gives you no help what so ever. Have tried turning everything off and on and again presses wPS button comes in for a minute and drops out. The guides are just not helpful. Please can someone help me.
