Sky Q mulfunction

Hello Sky, Please my Sky Q decoder in my bedroom does not show some series and it tells me that "I can't watch some programs on this device" but I watch them on my sky glass at the lounge. It wasn't so until recently

Not sure how you've got both Sky Glass & Sky Q - Sky doesn't allow satellite & streamed service at a single address. 

I am just another Sky customer!

@Christlike23  If you have Sky Glass then you can' also have Sky Q at the same time, any Sky Q equipment would need to be returned to Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I suspect that the box in your bedroom might be a Sky Stream Puck rather than a Sky Q Box?
