Sky Q mini technical fault

Hi all

 

My Sky Q mini has displayed "Technical fault" over the last few days.

 

The Home page loads but won't play anything. The recordings display but won't play when selected. The tv guide won't load.

 

It tells me there is no internet connection.

 

However the Netflix app and others, that are accessed through the Sky box, play films and movies.

 

My internet is working as my cctv is working. My iPad is connected.  Speedtest checks are showing good download and upload speed.


As per Sky guidelines , I have rebooted my broadband connection. I have powered off and restarted my Sky Q box and my Sky Q mini. I have a Sky booster which is showing 3 green lights. And I have reconnected via this.

 

Any other suggestions ?
