Sky Q mini suddenly connected to wrong network

One of my 2 sky mini boxes isn't working this morning - not connected (fine last night).

In network setup, its now showing some other random network not my BT one. Main box and other mini are fine. When I do 'reset' it just says it can't connect to my network - but I'm not surprised because it's the wrong network. How do I get it to sort itself out and get the right network? Tried rebooting but no change.

@SOOKIE+D as Sky is not your broadband provider mini boxes do not connect to your bt wifi the connect direct the the main box by way of a mesh signal from the main box. To reconnect your mini box try rebooting your main box then your mini box

If that doesnt work try a network reset on the mini box and it should ask you to press the wps button on the main Q box or nearest piece of Q equipment

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Hi @SOOKIE+D

Carry out a Network Reset on the minis. Start with the one nearest to the main Q box
Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).
If you get the first mini connected then for other minis use WPS on the nearest Q device (main Q box or previously connected mini).

Failing all of the above you may need a Sky Q WiFi Booster to position midway between your main Q box and the mini and you will need to contact Sky directly.
