Sky Q mini - programmes unavailable

We were switched from Sky+ to Sky Q on Tuesday - Sky Q plus 2 mini boxes. All worked successfully, everything great for 2 days - then today on our Sky Q minis just a message saying "Programme unavailable please check your subscription entities you..." on all channels.
Main Sky Q box has no issues at all - just the minis.

We can see our recordings, so the mini is definitely talking to the main box - but can't watch anything.

- all boxes show successful connectivity with each other

- all show working internet and network connections (I can get to 'My Sky' to see details of my package on each one)

We have tried multiple times

- rebooting boxes

- resetting network connections

- restarting my router

On a previous post we can see that the issue was outdated information regarding the viewing card details - is this able to be reset/updated by Sky remotely for us as a quick fix to get everything back up and running correctly?

so frustrating after just a couple of days ....

@AG07 You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
