Sky Q mini network drops and issues fast forwarding

Hi, 

We're having problems with our mini boxes that have started having network issues (blue screen for a couple of min at a time) and fast forwarding which makes playback skip backwards? 

I have tried reboot the main box, mini's and sky broadband router.
