Sky Q mini boxes

Both boxes just stopped working and won't fire up and connect. The error code that comes up on screen isn't included on the support pages. Can anyone help?

As a first step, try fully rebooting the main Q box (remove and restore the power supply)

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
