Sky Q mini boxes 'dead'

Sky Q user. Sky Q working fine on main box and 1x mini box.

2 other mini boxes showing red light for about 5-10 seconds when unplugged and plugged back in to mains. This light then goes out on front of box and nothing works. Tried starting with remote and pressing front stand-by button with no joy.

Tried using reset button on rear.....red light comes on (standby button) but nothing else will work after this.....unable to get a green or amber light.

Tried to do force software update.....no lights showing at all.

Both boxes failed simultaneously and one is less than 12 months old.

Any ideas on what else to try or is there a number I can call to get real world help from a person who knows what to do?

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance

Ian

Hi @Rattybyname

You'll probably get more assistance in the Sky Q section
