Sky Q mini box

My SkyQ mini box like many of the other customers keeps losing signal and dropping out for most of the day.  It comes back for half an hour or so and then drops again, this is becoming aggravating as I have essential work from home to complete and it is making it impossible, thinking of changing supplier if this is how the mini box is.

I'm struggling to work out why your mini box losing connection impacts completing  'essential work from home'. 

Who is your broadband provider?
