Sky Q mini box

My Sky Q mini keeps loosing connection to the internet. I have had sky engineer out 3 times, the last time being today where they replaced the Q mini box for a new one. 4 hours later it was doing the same thing. It was working okay when my broadband was with another provider, it is since I have had sky broadband. When the engineer came today he said he cannot think what could cause this as we have tried everything.

I realise you may have tried this already, but has the location of your router changed when you moved to Sky Broadband even if only slightly?  Try moving it a little closer in the direction of  your mini box, or plug a Wi-Fi booster in nearer your mini box.  I hope that helps.
