We hadn't been using the mini box for a while and I've plugged it in, told it we have a new router and it tells me 'we're connecting' you, don't turn off when the screen goes blank' , but nothing happens. There is an amber light on the box but the standby and sky buttons on the remote don't work. I reset the router and changed the batteries in the remote before turning the mini box on so any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the Q box on
With the mini box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.
