Sky Q mini box says programme unavailable.

I have just got Sky Q and have multiscreen. The mini box worked perfectly the first day, but couldn't get any sky channels next day. It just says Programme Unavailable. When I check settings, it says all connected both on the mini box and main box. I have got multiscreen so that's not the issue. Tried all the usual reset options but nothing has worked. Very frustrating.

What are you trying to watch on the mini box and on what channel?

Hi @jacjarv 

First try rebooting the main Q box and then when this is completely back up and running reboot the mini.
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

Reboot the mini as above.

ITV, BBC, SPORTS, EVERY CHANNEL SAYS 'PROGRAMME UNAVAILABLE'.

Thanks for that, but it didn't work. Still showing 'Programme unavailable'.

Yes I have. The strange thing is both the main and the mini box show everything as connected and confirms I have multiscreen. Another message has appeared saying I might not have the correct subscriptions, but I definitely have.

Sorry I missed your invite! I have booked an engineer to come this weekend now, so hopefully, he will sort it for me. Thanks for your help.

Hi @DaniellaC0497 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, and do the same with the Mini box?

@jacjarv Did you get this issue resolved? I'm having exactly the same problem and have had an engineer attend as well as the mini box replaced but still not working. Any suggestion on what the issue might be because Sky dont seem to have a clue.
