Sky Q mini box's volume has stopped working.

The volume has stopped working on the Mini Q box. I have rebooted it I have also changed the HDMI cable. Once I go onto the TV channels through the TV the volume works perfectly fine. The sky Q box works in all the other rooms without concerns.

@19ross69 when you say the volumn has stopped working do you mean you cannot change the volumn or you are not getting any sound at all 

 

If its you cannot change the volumn with the Sky remote then Try resetting your remote.
Press the buttons 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes twice then follow onscreen instructions to repair the remote.
