One of my Sky Q mini boxes has been having recurring issues of late. Firstly it loses connection with Sky Q (main box) and/or internet connection. It frequently messages that its waiting for the TV schedule to update and, more recently it has frozen (when this happens the box feels very hot).
These can all be cleared by rebooting either the mini box or the main box, however that does not seem like a permanent solution. Any advice/action would be appreciated.
