Sky Q mini box purchase problem

I am trying to purchase a 3rd sky q mini box but everytime i fill in my details and press payment confirmation i get the error message Sorry there is a problem please try again! Anyone else having this problem? "Just to add i have entered all the correct details and yes i do have money in my account"

I need to point out that you can't purchase any Sky Q equipment. They are loaned to you and what you're paying is an admin charge. 

If the problem persists then contact Sky and they can place the order for you.
