Sky Q mini box not turning on

Sky Q mini box will not turn on. I have completed the the troubleshooting steps multiple times and it is not working. The next steps.on your website are to get in touch for a new box

Not our website. You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. This is mainly a forum where customers help other customers so there’ll be no automatic contact from Sky following your post.

 

Have you tried rebooting your router, then your main Sky Q box then your mini box? 

If you still need to request a new mini box, if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Be aware that as with most large companies nowadays the start will be automated.

Thanks for your response, apologies I thought it was a chat system with sky. I have tried all of the above so I will call them instead. Thanks again!

No need to apologise. Many customers come on here thinking they are addressing Sky. Be aware that when you call part of the automated system may try to guide you to… the forum!
