Recently downloaded the SkyQ app to my iPad. May be coincidence but the next time I tried to use my SkyQ mini box, error message appeared for all channels - even BBC which requires no subscription. Message reads "Please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel on this box".
Apps like Netflix, Channel 4+ etc work and I can see (but not play) recordings. Done all the resets, downloaded software, unplugged from mains etc. Main Sky box has all the ticks for the mini box supposedly connected but it's like the Sky Multiroom subscription is no longer applied so the mini box won't show programmes or recordings.
Tried calling Sky technical team but just referred to Community - impossible to speak to someone.

Yes, I actually unplugged both boxes last midnight and switched them on again at 8am..... no difference, problem still persists.
i saw one post on another thread which said cancelling and reinstating the multiroom subscription fixed it......

@gilltone If you have accidently marked a post as the answer then if you click on the 3 dots on the right hand side of the post marked as the answer then click on not the answer it should remove it failing that any superuser should be able to unmark a wrongly marked answer
