Sky Q mini box not responding

Hi, we have sky Q and two mini boxes for the past 2 years working ok on a Starlink internet connection. The sky Q box is working fine and one of the mini boxes, this past month or so the other mini box has started to not respond to the remote control. The box LEF is green but the nothing happens when press the the remote controls. We have bought a new remote and paired it. That worked for a day then the same problem. We have swapped over the mini box (from different rooms) when we swapped over the first mini box which was giving the issue is now working fine and the new boxes shall we say that installed in it place is doing the same thing. The internet connection for the house is fine and the Sky Q box works ok. If we unplug the power to the suspected mini box. Wait 5 minutes and plug back in the box works fine but only for a few hours. Please any help or suggestions is appreciated. Also we have deleted all recordings from all boxes to free up space but yet the issue persists. Thanks
