Sky Q mini box not connecting

My mini box isnt connecting to the main box or the router even after doing all of the resets that it has been telling me to do thorugh the box and all the ones that ive seen online. Any way of sorting this without an engineer out?

Hi @Blu5 In the following order:-

Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with the Mini box?

Sky  Q mini box isn't connecting but the main one and other mini are fine
