Sky Q mini box no longer working

I have 3 sky Q mini boxes connected to my main box and one of them stopped working yesterday and I've tried everything to get it to reconnect but it doesn't but I have taken one of the other boxes and connected to the same  tv and it is fine.

 

must I purchase another or will sky replace free of charge. I can't seem to find any numbers to speak to anyone about it.

@guernseyblue Sky will treplace it for free as they own the equipment give Sky a call
